Wisselman, Harounian & Associates, P.C. was founded in 1976 by Jerome “Jerry” Wisselman, under the name Jerome A. Wisselman & Associates, P.C.  Jerry built a successful, community practice comprised of multi-disciplined attorneys whose diverse and overlapping skills provide the best legal expertise our clients need for family law, real estate law, business law and estate planning matters.

Over the years, Jerry has carefully hand picked a group of outstanding attorneys with backgrounds in family and matrimonial law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, tax law, wills and trusts, complex civil litigation, mediation, and the business law aspects of incorporations, partnerships, shareholder agreements, and the like.

Wisselman, Harounian & Associates, P.C. represents individuals, families, and businesses. We value long-term client relationships in order to protect our clients’ legal interests throughout the many phases of their lives. This includes handling all aspects of matrimonial and family law concerns, buying or selling a home, running a business, and managing an estate.

In 2006, our long time associate Jacqueline “Jackie” Harounian was made partner and the firm’s name was aptly changed. In addition to her well regarded legal wisdom, Jackie brings a focused energy and enthusiasm to the practice, which is furthering our goal of being the best family and general practice law firm in the metropolitan area*.

Our entire legal team frequently lectures on parental and grandparental rights, authors articles on current legal topics, holds family law legal workshops for the professional community, and are active board members of educational and medical institutions.
